    In the sister/brother (just trying to be fair) post Advanced Tools For Online Marketing Part 1 I listed some resources for outsourcing marketing tasks to enable you to be more efficient and effective in your marketing without working 70 hours a week.  As promised, I am now sharing with you Advanced Tools 2.

    So, the next level is to have someone available to do customer service via a phone call.  Wouldn’t it be great to have a professional person call your potential clients to let them know how important they are to you, direct them to training that you provide, and get them started.

    A possible scenario could be, the professional customer service assistant in your virtual office has helped set these clients up in their back office of My Lead System Pro, and these clients were already on their way to the next  step, marketing.  At that point they get the opportunity to get a personal phone call from you, the leader.

    The advantages of this are numerous, first of all you would already know that they were willing to do the initial work, i.e. they were not “tire kickers.”  Secondly, they would be ready to start marketing.  Thirdly, having reached the marketing stage, utilizing affiliate tools provided in the sales funnel, they are already providing profit for you.

    So, you may say that you are not there yet.  Well, there is no better time to plan than now.  To help you set your sites on the future I am providing some resources for you to put in your planning folder for when you are ready to use them.

    So, there you have it, your future!!  There were some interesting aspects of outsourcing that I learned from collecting these sites.  One is, the age of cloud sourcing has arrived and the virtual office is more useful than ever.

      Awesome idea!

      I have heard of this type of thin probably about a year ago, and completely forgot about it.

      I can see the advantages in what this could mean down the road for all of us and trying to set up a “branding” of ourselves.

      If we have a call center taking calls or even making calls for us, then I think that would certainly be wort it's weight in gold.

      It really has me thinking now.

      I can see that these types of services would allow a “one man show” to actually run a bigger business than “he alone” could handle on his/her own.

      Thanks for the part 2. Great information here!
      As having an online business is not any different than having it offline. We tend to think that we can do everything ourselves, WRONG! having an online business can take so much of your time and if you really want to be more productive and focus on things that will grow your business to a whole new level. Outsourcing is the answer :)

      Another excellent point!

      For most people, the thought of even picking of the phone is terrifying. Well, this would partially solve that problem. (All the top income earners are masters on the phone) This would definitely help to further qualify your prospects to the next degree.

      Also using these types of service really allow you to position yourself as a true professional. I know every time I get a call from someone's assistant, I know that I'm doing with a pro.
