So, here we go we are blazing a new trail, one video at a time. The challenge is to produce a video everyday for 7 weeks. This is not for the faint of heart, you have to be like the people in the movie Brave Heart!! This will give you Freedom from your excuses, your reasons for not getting things done. The road to hell is paved with good intentions, that will not work.
One way to stick to this is to understand that it is not about trying … that word needs to be taken out of your vocabulary. You are either going to do it or you are not. If you are seated in a chair, have you ever tried to get up? Well, that’s right you either get up or you stay seated. Trying doesn’t do you any good! I know that we have been told over and over in our lives that we just need to keep trying. That seems so useless now.
