subject were I’m OK, You’re OK, by Thomas A Harris MD , which was a best seller for over 2 years and sold more that 15 million copies and As a Man Thinketh a literary essay by James Allen, published in 1902. Both of these books opened up a new way of thinking for me. Many years went by as I continued to search for good material to further my inter personal development. There was a turning point in 2005 when I was introduced to Matthew Ferry. Matthew had been a trainer for his dad’s real estate business in CA. After training over 1800 agents he discovered something that changed his way of training forever:
